This came as a bit of surprise don't you think? Well, honestly I too, am surprised.

As most of you may have already known thru Facebook and Twitter, I have just resigned yesterday, Oct 25 2011.

I have to pursue my schooling at PLM and finish my degree and also look for another career in the business field. (and you all know these are not just the reasons)

I just think it's imperative to make a formal goodbye to everyone I've known here on Stream as we all may have touched each other's lives in one way or another.

I've been a Dell TSR Voice Agent for 9 months (Sept '08-May '09), then a TSR Chat Agent for 6 months (May '09-Nov '09). I've been appointed by Boss Oca Saligan to be Chat's Sales Coach and I've been your "ever-ready" Sales Coach handling multiple changing queues (EPP-SMB Voice, SMB Chat, SMB XPS Chat, Canada Chat, Canada Voice) since Nov '09.

3 years and 3 months and 11 days.

How time flies - I didn't mind. As long as I was enjoying my time on the floor, I never really thought about age, gender, achievements, educational backgrounds when it comes to all my officemates - we're just all here to work and get paid and have fun doing it. While all goodbyes are expected to be sorrowful, I don't and will never regret knowing that I left a great company of good people. Thank you to everyone.

I have to name every one of you guys and I firmly believe all of these people deserve a commendation. Some people might not be connected with Stream na, pero I still feel that I need to mention and thank them: (if you don’t find your name, tell me on Facebook, I’ll personally thank you there J )

Gretchen Ferrer - thanks for assisting me with my application. You are the first person that has set my expectations on how employees of eTelecare walk and talk.

Training

Jay Zapanta - being trained under you is the best preparation an employee can have here at Stream.  Along with Onin Pucio, you guys have given me enough knowledge to think that I can handle a technical account kahit na Entrepreneurship ang course ko nung college.

Carla Noelle Perfecto – the woman with the perfect English-speaking tongue. It was a pleasure being your trainee at the Language Proficiency Training. Awesome is your middle name. You define Beauty and Brains.

EJ Calumpag and Tisha Pelareja – Thank you for being very nice to me even though I’m not from Sprint.  If I weren’t assigned to Dell, I would’ve prayed to be on Sprint because of you guys. More blessings to you guys.

Lucky De Leon – to my fabulous STL friend ever, thank you for being one of the role models I look up to in this company. You’ve proven to everyone that being fabulous doesn’t hinder development and should earn respect among our peers. Marilyn Miranda – even though I may have been teasing you a lot, it just goes to show how comfortable I am with you. Thanks for being a good listener and a kind friend to us. John Paul de Guzman – thank you for always believing in me too and thanks for listening. I admire how you look up to me and I appreciate all the respect you’re giving to me. TM BJ Hernandez – to my latest and longest TM on the floor, thank you Sir for everything. I cannot count all the good things that I received from you, may it be coaching, treats, advices, commendations, training, etc. You are one guy I would definitely not forget in my life. TM Jim Infante – you’re one of the people who really believed in me. Your words might be the bitter truth, might come harsh, but they have always made me realize your point and I will always look at your point of view on things especially on decision-making. I’ve learned so much from you too.

 Actually, this is one of the most heartfelt emails I've ever written. It took me one whole day (almost 24 hours) to create this INSIDE the office on my last day. I've poured all the effort to think all the good and bad times I've been with all the people mentioned.

I've only missed mentioning TL Terry Sandoval, Boss Quoi Guinmapang and Anna Liza Tanciongco. So sorry guys! You know I still love you all! :)
